Woo hoo! I finally woke up at 7a.m. and ran a 3k!! And it was my fastest time yet! … only 11 minutes, but I’m getting there, I hope to get it to 8 at least and then go up to 5k’s! It’s only been 3 weeks, so it’s a work in progress! I just feel great because I actually got up and did it and then afterwards did a 6 min ab routine and then made a healthy breakfast! And I was still on time to work!
